Gia leads QualiFi as the Head of Employee & Client Experience. She enjoys developing the utmost organized processes for our employees to make their job as efficient and smooth as possible. Breaking down complicated info and streamlining it into digestible visuals/training material is one of her greatest strengths. Not only is the focus on the employee experience, but the client experience too – where creating a firm that is service-oriented and easy to work with is high priority.
Recent Summa Cum Laude graduate at West Chester University, Gia understands the business landscape and is trusted in the marketing field. Outside of QualiFi, she also doubles as a high school field hockey coach where she continues to hone in on her leadership skills and ability to bring teams together.
