Your vendor, the third party that supplies or manufactures the goods that you resell or distribute, receives 100% payment in full from the purchase order financing company directly.

You receive a purchase order. You don’t have the inventory or cash to fulfill the order.
You source the goods. You determine the total costs to complete the order from your supplier.
You submit your application to us. Submit an application to QualiFi. Submit the purchase order(s) and the supplier’s estimate.
The purchase order financing lender pays your supplier. Once you’ve been approved, the purchase order financing company will pay your supplier to manufacture and deliver the goods.
Your supplier delivers the goods to your customer. Your supplier ships the goods directly to your customer.
You invoice your customer. Your order is complete and you now bill your client.
Your customer pays their invoice. The customer pays your invoice directly to the lender.
Transaction fees and final payment. Once payment is received from your customer, the purchase order financing company deducts it’s fees and sends you the money due from the order.
